Requirements & Information

  • All pending motions must be disposed of prior to setting Non-Jury Trial (NJT).
  • All parties must have filed an answer or have defaults entered before setting for Trial.
  • All Documents (Checklist, Certificates, Affidavits and Proposed Final Judgment) must be efiled before you file a Notice for Non-Jury Trial.

Bulk Trial Information

  • All pending motions must be disposed of prior to getting a bulk trial date.
  • All parties must have filed an answer or have defaults entered before requesting a bulk trial date.
  • All Documents (Checklist, Certificates, Affidavits and Proposed Final Judgment) must be e*filed before you request a bulk trial.
  • Once you have reviewed the files and have at least ten (10) cases that need to be set you then can request a bulk trial date.
  • Please send a list of the cases you want set to Aimee Smith.
  • Once the cases are checked to make sure they have not been previously scheduled you will then get a date and time for the requested bulk trials.
  • You will then need to prepare one (1) Notice of Trial. do not e-File.
  • You will also need to prepare one (1) original Order Setting Trial plus additional copies & envelopes for each defendant and case and send them directly to me.
  • Please be advised as these Trials were scheduled per your request the court generally does not allow continuances.
