Foreclosure Trial and Hearing Dates

Please be advised – the following criteria will be strictly adhered to regarding foreclosure non-jury trials and dispositive motion hearings:

• The following dates should only be used to schedule foreclosure non-jury trials and hearings on dispositive motions in foreclosure cases, such as Summary Judgment, Default Judgment, Orders to Show Cause (F.S. 702.10), etc.
• The moving party must give sufficient notice to all other parties and the court by filing and serving a Notice of Non-Jury Trial or a Notice of Hearing, as appropriate, that complies with applicable statutes and rules.
• The non-jury trials and hearings are conducted by Zoom, and the court’s Zoom information must be conspicuously provided on the Notice.

These foreclosure non-jury trial and hearing dates are not available on the court’s Judicial Automated Calendaring System (JACS), so the moving party must send the Notice of Non-Jury Trial or the Notice of Hearing to the court’s Judicial Assistant to have the case added to the docket.

If a foreclosure non-jury trial or a hearing on a dispositive motion in a foreclosure case is scheduled on a day and time other than those set forth below, the court may sua sponte cancel the scheduled non-jury trial or hearing and require that it be reset on one of the dates specifically set aside for foreclosure proceedings (below).
