Judge McHugh's Zoom Video Conference Access Information

During the COVID-19 outbreak, Judge McHugh is conducting all hearings via video teleconferencing using the Zoom platform.  Judge McHugh will host the videoconference. DO NOT SCHEDULE YOUR OWN ZOOM HEARING - YOU MUST USE THE COURT'S CREDENTIALS.  All hearings will use the same meeting credentials.  The log-in credentials are:
www.zoom.us
Meeting ID:    353 234 4884
Password:       756433
Telephone:      +1 253 215 8782 (audio only)

You must file your notice with the video teleconferencing credentials into the court file so that the hearing is still open to the public. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your hearing.

Use of Document Identification Number [DIN]:

The Clerk’s office on the progress docket identifies a unique, sequential Document Identification Number [DIN] for each docket entry.  Once assigned by the Clerk, the DIN does not change.  You must include the DIN when referencing any filing, especially on hearing notices.

SUGGESTED NOTIFICATION TO ADD TO THE NOTICE OF HEARING:

www.zoom.us
