JACS Overview

The Judicial Automated Calendaring System (JACS) provides attorneys with a quick,  reliable, and convenient solution to scheduling judicial hearings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through your web browser (internet).  Calendars are setup for each judge with hearing times ranging from 5, 10, 15, 30 and 60 minutes.  Attorneys can only schedule through JACS with their bar number.  Attorneys are able to schedule, reschedule or cancel hearings based on available hearing times.  Each time an attorney schedules a hearing, a confirmation is sent via fax to the scheduling attorney.  This confirmation includes confirmation number, date of hearing, time of hearing, case number, motion and the court the hearing is scheduled in.  Once a hearing is set, the confirmation number is needed to make any changes.  When a hearing is changed, rescheduled or cancelled, a new confirmation number is generated and a new confirmation is sent via fax.
