Forgotten Password?

If you have forgotten your JACS password, a Court Administration Technology Services (CATS) representative will be able to reset your password to your 7-digit Florida Bar Number.
 
Please e-mail us, by clicking the link, Help Us Help You/Tech Support Feedback Form  (include the attorney’s Florida Bar Number in comments field). A CATS representative will reset your password to your Florida Bar Number and will notify you by e-mail of the change.
 
If you have concerns about sending your Florida Bar Number via the Internet, please Email JACS Webmaster at Courtweb@jud12.flcourts.org include your name, attorney’s name, and phone number, and a CATS representative will contact you by phone.
 
When you have received notification of your password change, click this link JACS SCHEDULING ON THE WEB Your User ID will be your 7-digit Florida Bar Number and your password will be your 7-digit Florida Bar Number*.   Select the Judge needed for scheduling and click login.
 
If your login is successful, the Change Password screen will be displayed.
 
Enter your 7-digit Florida Bar Number* in the Old Password field. 
 
The new password must be a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 8 numeric characters, using the numbers 0-9. 
 
Some examples of passwords are:
  • Your telephone number
  • Your birth date
  • Your area code
 
Enter your new password twice in the fields indicated and click the Submit button.
 
If you were successful in changing your password, you will receive a message saying YOUR PASSWORD HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.
 
Click the CONTINUE button and proceed
 
The JACS menu options will appear.

*NOTE: If your bar number is only 6-digits, please insert a leading zero(0) to make your bar number 7-digits.
