Please Read! The JACS login process is different from other circuit websites. Before submitting a request for help please make sure to check the following.
- You cannot login using the JACS username and password for other circuits. You must create an attorney account using the Subscriber Registration page. Watch the How to Register for Attorney Access video to learn more.
- If you are having trouble creating an attorney account be sure you are creating a password with 8 characters and one symbol (e.g. # $ % &).
- If your current account does not have access to JACS, you must request attorney access from the manage profile tab of the user profile page.
- If you created an account, but forgot you password. Use the Reset Password button on the login page. Enter your bar number to receive a reset password link via email.
- Add webhelp@jud12.flcourts.org to your safe senders list in your email application, and contact your IT personnel to allow emails from this address.
